Your connection to the Internet needs to be resilient, fast and secure. Investing in high-quality Internet with premium hardware and support will help your business to communicate and compete online.
If you need to set up a business telephone line, all our products are business-grade and come with static IP addresses and with unlimited downloads as standard.
Our product set can be divided into 3 main categories:
Asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) is one of the most common types of broadband for both residential and business use.
ADSL is the most basic service we offer and download speeds are typically limited to 25mg, depending on the distance from the exchange and quality of the copper.
While you can often stream videos on ADSL, it’s not the quickest and not usually associated with business fibre broadband, so it can be considered the “no-frills” budget option.
Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) is as the name suggests, the fibre that runs to the cabinet to your property. The last mile is copper so that the speed can be much greater, and service is more stable as it relies less on copper installation.
When considering a business landline solution, our GFAST products offer speeds up to 330mg, and FTTP (fibre to premises) which involves installing fibre all the way to your office and offering speeds running up to 1GB where available.
A leased line connection is the ultimate business line which provides symmetrical speeds, and it’s what we call a 1-for-1 solution between your line and the Internet provider.
Because it’s a private line, you can imagine it like a road between London to Birmingham, but your car is the only car allowed to run on that road. These solutions can be highly resilient and offer broadband as back up or leased line through a different network provider.
So, whatever your business broadband installation requirements, Mint Network is here to help and we’re happy to answer any questions to find the right fit for your business.
